Welcome to Donna's Yoga
My classes have been running since 2001 at Little Common Community Centre (LCCC) in Bexhill, East Sussex. This has been the main base for Donna's Yoga.
There are three classes a week at the Community Centre - they are general classes but each one has a different aspect. I also take a class for people who have Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The class is also open to all as remedial Yoga.
The general benefits of practicing Yoga are:
- renewed energy
- improved circulation
- helping to keep fit
- stress reduction
Yoga helps you to learn to relax and it will improve posture and increase bone density. Yoga can also help with emotional balance, improve self esteem and body image to name but a few benefits.
The type of Yoga we practice is gentle Hatha Yoga.
