Yoga Classes

All of my classes are very friendly, with people of all ages and levels of experience.

One-to-one sessions in your own home are also available if you are unable to attend a class for whatever reason. Please contact me for further information.

Sunday Morning

Chill-out time. In this class we usually do Sun Salutations and dynamic but gentle stretches, Visualisation, Pranayama Breathing and Relaxation. All Welcome.

Time: 10.30am until 12.00pm

Cost: £4.50

Venue: Little Common Community Centre.


Monday Morning

This class is for anyone who wants to do gentle stretching and relaxation; a class that would help with health problems. The class includes Vinyasas (Yoga Flow), Visualisation, Pranayama Breathing and Relaxation.

Time: 10.00am until 11.30am

Cost: £4.50

Venue: Little Common Community Centre.


Thursday Evening

The theme is relaxation and would be helpful for anyone who is stressed. The class includes Postures, Vinyasas (Yoga Flow), Visulisation, Pranayama Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation.

Time: 6.30pm until 8.00pm

Cost: £4.50

Venue: Little Common Community Centre.


Friday Morning

This class is Remedial Therapy Yoga for anyone who has Multiple Sclerosis. This class would also be suitable for anyone who has been ill or has a particular health problem. A more detailed overview of this class is availble here.

Time: 10.00am untill 11.00am

Cost: £2.00 (MS Society Members) £3.00 (Non-MS Society Members)

Venue: West St-Leonards Community Centre.
